- Knowledge and ability to provide testing materials such as: Test Site Administrator for ACT, SAT, LSAT, ETC. distribute exams to room supervisors, proctors, and students. Account for materials needed to distribute and package to return to the vendor.
- Experience in maintaining and providing excellent customer service verbally and in writing to students and visitors.
- Experience, knowledge and ability to observe, interpret, enforce policies, procedures, and objectives to apply related Federal, State, University level and local laws, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance as appropriate at the College and Department level. Maintaining FERPA laws as it relates to students and testing services.
- Prepares statistical data and reports to determine program effectiveness for undergraduate and graduate student programs.
- Maintain files and records; document all pertinent information in confidentiality.
- Assist and review student requests for appeals and reinstatement and monitors probation/retention actions.
- Keep abreast of all program and policy changes, articulations, academic procedures, student and class restrictions, and advising rules.
- Review and evaluate academic proposals for conference presentations.
- Responsible for managing all office administration, budgets, supervising and other duties as necessary.
- Maintained departmental calendars, typed a variety of materials including correspondence, reports and forms.
- Experience working with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Google Documents, and etc.
- Attends professional development workshops, conferences and maintains knowledge of current academic topics.
